Delivery and Returns


Once we have received your order and your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days. If you place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday, and select express shipping at checkout, you will receive your order the next day. Express shipping is £7.99.

The standard delivery charge is £5.99, parcels are sent by DPD and you will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched. Please contact us at  for further enquiries.


You can return any item you are unhappy with for a refund. This should be done within 7 days from the date you received the item. Please fill out the card that was sent out with your order. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back, and therefore we suggest you send the item back using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. We can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in a resaleable condition and have all their tags attached or in the case of footwear stickers attached. So please check your item thoroughly before removing the tags. When trying your item on, please do not wear deodorant or perfume as this can mark the item and we cannot accept it back for a refund in an unsaleable condition. If the item is faulty please accept our apologies. You will need to call the office on 01444 657566 to notify us of a faulty item. We will then advise you of the best way to return the item and arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund postage on faulty items.

Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back, though sometimes it may take longer to appear on your bank records.
