RETURNS

You can return any item you are unhappy with for a refund. This should be done within 7 days from the date you received the item. You should confirm in writing (email or letter) that the item is being returned, stating the order number and the reason why the item is being returned. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back, and therefore we suggest you send the item back using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. We can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in a resaleable condition and have all their tags attached or in the case of footwear stickers attached. So please check your item thoroughly before removing the tags. When trying your item on, please do not wear deodorant or perfume as this can mark the item and we cannot accept it back for a refund in an unsaleable condition. There will be an address label with your delivery note, which is not pre-paid. If you cannot find the label, the returns address is Edit, Hookhouse Stable, Hookhouse Farm, Isaac's Lane, Haywards Heath, RH16 4RZ

If the item is faulty please accept our apologies. You will need to call the office on 01444 657566 to notify us of a faulty item. We will then advise you of the best way to return the item and arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund postage on faulty items.

Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back, though sometimes it may take longer to appear on your bank records.

If at any time you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This returns policy is in addition to the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations and your statutory rights are not affected.
